I have be living with a lower back pain for some time now after being diagnosed with a degenerative disk to a point I was considering embarking on a surgical solution. I recently visited Avi, Avi's approach was, assessment of my physical range of motion, he then recommended a series of strength and flexibility movements, guiding me through the proper technique. I was very impressed by Avi's knowledge, techniques and treatment, by method of structured stretching and a training plan.I am delighted to report that im am virtually pain free. The issue was not even related to a degenerative disk as diagnosed by Dr's.I will gladly recommended visiting Avi@ physio moves for all your physiotherapy needs.
nnI had been suffering from tennis elbow for the past one year and had tried several other places for treatment, but unfortunately there was no real improvement in the pain. I even had a steroid injection in my elbow, but even after three months it didn’t resolve the issue.nnThen I visited Sonal Sevak at Physio Moves Flatbush, and the difference was incredible. Sonal did an excellent job treating my arm and managed to get the issue sorted within just a week, which I honestly didn’t expect after struggling with it for so long.nnShe was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to properly understand the problem, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the care she provided.nnHer dedication, expertise, and genuine care for her patients really stand out. Worked with Avi for a little over 2 months, great great person and very knowledgeable. Was very helpful in building a plan to recover from recurring inflammation issues and teaching me how to prevent them from happening again. Cannot recommend him enough.
Physio moves is easily the best physio in Auckland with great staff, facilities and services. I have had the pleasure to be treated by both Marc and Avi, two extremely experienced and knowledgeable physios who helped me improve my bad knees and back from basketball and rehab my torn ligament in my shoulder, this allowed me to get back to the sports that I love!
