The minute you walk into Flexa, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I’ve seen Murray for a variety of injuries over the years, and he’s consistently professional, extremely knowledgeable, and the only person I trust to manipulate my neck. It’s rare to find someone who can truly “fix” you, but Murray does—always with empathy, reassurance, and a good dose of humour.nnYou can always rely on great banter while being seen, which makes the whole experience even better. His physio team is outstanding, with some real rock stars like Jordan, and I’ve been fortunate to see excellent senior physios such as Helen and Jess. There are too many amazing people to name, but if you want to feel truly cared for and supported, I highly recommend Flexa.
Murray is an excellent physio and unique in his breadth of experience and skill set. We initially came to him for his expertise in migraines and in recent years our daughters have both benefitted from his extensive expertise in and understanding of movement and high-performance sport. He has a great young team supporting him and a real knack for communicating with young athletes, motivating them to put in the work themselves to ensure sustainable performance and physical safety. Highly recommended for sporty teens, mature athletes, or complex conditions.

Murray is a magician physio. Although he’s on the short side he never ceases to get the job done. As a professional athlete, he has taken care of me for years and I trust coming to flexa over anywhere else. The team around him filled with great physios and people. I am eternally grateful to Murray and flexa.nnIf you want to feel good about yourself, challenge Murray to a push up competition. He used to impress with this ability, but now the frequency of carrot cake in workplace I fear has led to his push up downfall.
