Came in today @ 12 pm satwaited awhile, online says your open till 2 and the sign is outside saying your open, but the doors locked and looks absolutely closed. Wasted my gas smh.
Annami is an amazing physio. So empathetic and a great listener. She made me feel empowered and the treatment was really good. When I first came, I got an appointment on the day of calling them. Super efficient and superb treatment.
My physiotherapist Ernest is awesome and is doing a brilliant job. The staff are always friendly and very welcoming. The only negative is the treatment rooms, they are not very welcoming, it feels like you're inside a bunker. Some nice relaxing furnishings would be nice, some nice pot plants and maybe some artwork on the walls to help it feel a bit less like a basement storage room.
Aimee has helped me so much in my journey back to myself. She is kind and knowledgeable and I now have hope that I will be able to achieve some fitness goals and get my back strong again. I am so grateful to her and the team for supporting me through my rehabilitation and very long recovery. Highly recommend Dynamic Physio Long Bay.
