Came in today @ 12 pm satwaited awhile, online says your open till 2 and the sign is outside saying your open, but the doors locked and looks absolutely closed. Wasted my gas smh.
Annami is an amazing physio. So empathetic and a great listener. She made me feel empowered and the treatment was really good. When I first came, I got an appointment on the day of calling them. Super efficient and superb treatment.
My physiotherapist Ernest is awesome and is doing a brilliant job. The staff are always friendly and very welcoming. The only negative is the treatment rooms, they are not very welcoming, it feels like you're inside a bunker. Some nice relaxing furnishings would be nice, some nice pot plants and maybe some artwork on the walls to help it feel a bit less like a basement storage room.
Can highly recommend Mei! She's helped me so much during my long recovery from an achilles tear. She's highly skilled, super knowledgeable, and lovely to deal with, thanks Mei!
I needed some attention after an injury and the Dynamic Physio Long Bay team have been great, with an excellent App backing up recommended exercises. Looked after by staff member Ernest who has been amazing - very skillful and caring. Highly recommended!
