Best experience i have ever had with a training program. The J2 team have been always easy to work with. I came back from a shoulder injury to finish my season better than ever. How skilled is the duo at J2? They are so skilled that my regular physiotherapist recommended them to me.nnI injured my knee and pec while playing sports and underwent two surgeries for repair. My recovery journey has been filled with significant progress, thanks to the comprehensive assessment, testing, programming, and support I've received from J2. They possess a wealth of knowledge and experience and use that knowledge to create personalised programs tailored to each individual's needs. However, be warned—there are no shortcuts. The boys are great at cueing, correcting and challenging you all for the better, though.nnWhether you're someone who simply wants to move or feel better or an athlete aiming for optimal performance, J2 has you covered.
The Lads at J2 are honestly the best in the business at what they do at not only training wise but also recovery wise and they are both the most down to earth and genuine blokes you’ll ever meet! They made me change the way I train to better me for my sport and they also made me understand why recovery is more important than the training and how important it is to look after my body the right way so I can perform best at my sport! They made me understand the importance of going hard, doing the extra one percenters and pushing myself harder every training session with not only my weight but also my sprint training/conditioning sessions
I started coming to J2 Athletic after sustaining a hand injury. Jared has come up with creative ways for me to train around my injury that keeps me moving with purpose and keeps me motivated. This gym has a great team, great equipment and the place is always spotlessly clean. Great vibes all round, couldn’t recommend J2 enough!
