Really good coffee and cake was delicious. We also tried a beef and mushroom pie and didn't like it, the meat was too ground up like it had been finely minced, took the mushroom out and the dog ate it.

Great coffee. Had the smoked salmon tart. Pies and panini. It is a place to stop by if you are I Karori.

Amazing food. With a great range of vegan and gluten free goodies. Big Freezers with a selection of take home meals of all types. Best of all, some of the friendliest service in Wellington. Great owner and staff always make an effort to know customers. Would give 6 out of 5 if I could.

A good quick coffee stop when you're on the go in Karori. Quality coffee, amazing food but a bit pricey in my view.

Pie warmer was empty. Quote owner: 'sorry, I can't heat pies fast enough to satisfy demand. I'll heat you up one.' couldn't wait. Ordered a sandwich. Was delicious. Ordered a spanikopita and a quiche to take home. Those were delicious too. In fact it's probably a good thing for my arteries that i live so far away! Highly recommend

Friendly staff, good coffee and beautiful food

The owner, Penny is a well known and dearly loved local so of course you need to make a stop at Penny's. Awesome food and coffee.
