Great medical centre. New to the area, enrolled at the clinic and have found them to be great. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
I’ve recently moved medical centres and wanted to recognise how great the team are at Pegasus Health, from the friendly receptionists, great doctors and nurses being so great in assisting over the phone too. It’s a refreshing change to feel supported when you need it, especially when your wee ones aren’t well.
Worst doctors. Always running at least an hour late and will phone you at 6:30pm to tell you over voicemail that they won’t repeat a script you asked for the week previous. Absolutely shocking.
Absolutely 100% caring and professional. This is a modern surgery with great facilities and lovely, friendly staff. One of the first patients when the surgery first opened I can honestly say that the treatment I have received has been excellent.
Always very professional, the patient is always no1. But sometimes you do have to wait But John and Janet have a great team of Drs and staff and i wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had a very positive experience
