Pavilion Kitchen / Cafe is always awesome. A surprisingly varied and sophisticated menu for an office building location, and everything is prepared and presented to a very high standard and is always top notch. Excellent service too, from friendly and well-trained staff. Always a safe bet for good coffee, breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. And a great venue to hire for corporate or charity events, too, I have found. Not to mention the excellent catering options, which my company takes advantage of as well. So much more than just a cafe! Dietary restrictions: They cater to different dietary requirements.

I found this place from a suggestion of my husband and I loved it, relaxed ambient, nice coffee, beautiful food and super friendly staff. The place has an open space to enjoy breakfast/ or simple coffee with friends or have business meetings without the sound of the city around. Totally recommended!!

Amazing food and atmosphere. Dined outside as it was such a lovely day, beautiful shaded seating area. Food was incredible - I had the open steak sandwich and I can’t rate it highly enough. Came with fries which were also cooked to perfection.

Very poor experience. I've been buying coffee a few times from this place and increasingly dissatisfied with the service. I received coffee with cow milk , though asked for soy milk at least two times now. Staff should be more friendly and think that some people may have a lactose intolerance. Won't buy again.

Lovely café. Excellent coffee, healthy lunch options and friendly & welcoming service. It's in the lobby of the Vero tower, up the escalators from Shortland St entrance. I've been here a few times and always feel happy with the food, coffee and service.

Very good environment for a business meeting / lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating available with a range of options. The menu has a wide variety too, to suit everyone's tastes.

A recent revamp sees the 'vero cafe' go to the next level. Great place to have a casual business meeting, quick bite to eat or a long lunch. I'm impressed.
