Doughnuts didn't taste fresh but I believe that's due to being made elsewhere so it was kinda a let down to be honest. Nice shop though very instagramable. The device was friendly and quick.
The guy with the nose piercing working around 4:10pm was so kind! I spilled my ice coffee all over the table and floor. When i asked for napkins he said “no worries” and cleaned it himself, even telling me to rest when I tried to help him out. Way too kind and polite about the whole situation, plus the $12 for a dozen donuts deal we got was amazing!! Love this spot
Krispy Kreme has super tasty donuts. The coffee is great too. This store is well situated and service is always good. Nice area to sit in.
Food was amazing, store was clean and the staff members were super friendly. If you're ever in town and are looking for something sweet go to Krispy Kreme in Chancery Square
Delicious doughnuts and drinks, but the lady serving us seemed like she didn’t want to be there.. super uninterested and made us feel unwelcome ! A smile wouldn’t hurt !!!
The latest Krispy Kreme branch located centrally in Chancery Square. You don't see the large doughnut making machine like in Manukau but you can see that they have most if not all the same flavours. The shop itself isn't that big, with a few tables around. it is the branch closest to the city with the most flavours to choose from so always a good option for a snack.
Great Donuts, definitely amongst the best widely available donuts in New Zealand. The hype around the store has now died down enough to the point where a person can feasibly get donuts in a short span of time. The Donuts taste fresh and doughy though can be on the verge of too sugary. Definitely a great option for sharing.
Came on the weekend and had a very unpleasant experience with the tall boy with brown hair. From what I saw, he looked at us and proceeded to stay on his phone. He stood around and completely ignored us when we walked in. He also took his phone out and used it while the other worker seemed to be doing all of the work. He blantantly ignored customers who came in after us, and it wasn't until I spoke to the team leader on shift that we were able to finally be served.
Always a great quick stop when in the city with the kids. And if you thought the doughnuts are special, the coffee’s pretty good too!
Most beautiful KK store site design in AKL and just busy enough to never be empty & never have us customers stuck in queues!
