My mates and I came to tga for waitangi long weekend and found this place. Burgers are really nice. Maple butter basket chicken wings are to die for and deep fried onions rings sprinkled with spring onions were real good too. Palace was so good we came here twice. Highly recommended

Seasoning to perfection Reasonable price and fast to get served. I'm not a burger fan, but this is one of the best burgers I ever had love those perfectly cooked fries

Received a gobsmacking “chicken fried” cauliflower burger combo from Palace! Lydia gave excellent service and was able to provide awesome suggestions for food and drink. The Old Bay seasoned fries were a tasty cajun treat. The burger had a perfect spice level offering enough heat without leaving you with the need to chug water! The portion was generous leaving me full without feeling as though I’d hurt myself. Palaces menu clearly states items as Vegan, Vegan Option, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free. Sincerely appreciate the variety of options! Located on Maunganui Rd, it was perfect walking distance to the beach and shopping. Would definitely visit again. Thanks, Palace for a delicious meal!

I've been her multiple times. Never been disappointed, they have great consistently. Chicken always cooked to perfection tender, crispy and the drinks are great!

Absolutely SMASHING cheeseburger and SFC burgers. Beef burgers a little on the salty side but not enough to stop me from enjoying them! Wicked stuff and bonus points for great music being played and playing cards at your table. Parking: There is free street side parking outside and across the road from the restaurant. There is also paid parking behind the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is automatic and there are no steps. They have a bathroom for those with disabilities too. They have a couple low tables for those in a wheelchair, the rest are higher tables with bar stools.

The burgers are phenomenal here! There are 3 veggie burgers with one being vegan, however the veggie burgers can be veganized if desired. I had the Cauliflower Dream - which was emulating fried chicken - and it definitely hit the spot. Super crunchy, excellent sauce, and I loved the vegan cheese that they used. The taste was emaculate. The only thing I would say is I hope to see more vegan options in the future, like a tofu burger, or a beyond/soy based patty none of the veggie options had any protein sources! would be great as they used mushroom, cauliflower and jackfruit as the 'meat', which, while tasty, lacks protein.

Palace is easily the best burger joint I’ve ever been to. Their friend chicken burgers are so crispy and juicy and the buns are always perfect too! Have yet to try a beef burger/vegetarian burger there but have heard great things from my friends. The fries are always perfect. The friend chicken with buffalo sauce however is a bit strange? Not sure what I was expecting but it definitely wasn’t that. The buffalo fried chicken is not for everyone. Still a great burger place though

Great menu, great execution. These guys know what they're doing. If you like a good burger and some tasty fried chicken, this is where you want to be. Everything was excellent - food, service, and prices not too expensive. Will definitely be coming back.
