I would love to give more stars but I am finding for the past month and a bit, the shelves are constantly empty of products - even when going at different times. The price increases on some items seem a little extreme for what they are - Lettuce $7! Though items may have only gone up a few cents to $1, over the course of a shop, it adds a good $50+ onto the total.

I have NEVER been a Pak n Save shopper. Absolutely hated the lay out of the ones in Chch but forced myself to go at the weekend because they had Legs Lamb on special. So impressed went back yesterday to do full shop. Well laid out, not at all crammed and definitely cheaper. Will be my Supermarket of choice.

We will never go here again, this week from our weekly shop we have had the following food go bad in just a few days, 2 packs of asparagus Loaf of bread Bananas Carrots Fish Potatoes. Over $30 of produce straight in the bin. Save your money and don't ever shop here we won't be again.

went to do my groceries tonight, well we were checking out in the self service four of the workers were just standing over me giving me the evil eyes. didn’t even speak to me when i spoke to them. absolutely no customer service at all, spoke to one lady about how rude one worker was and she sarcastically replied really? if you’re going to work in customer service, service you’re customers!!

Well laid out store , had everything I needed , good specials

Had a very unpleasant experience at the checkout today my husband touched some items in the trolley once they had been scanned. The older lady checkout operator yelled at him and told him he wasnt allowed to touch them until she had finished. Were yold it is the rules. Well Pak n Save time to loosen up the rules are ridiculous!!!!

What muppet made the decision to close all the checkouts an hour before closing, instead forcing people with trollies though self serve. Customer service? Nope never herd of her.

Staff are rude. Especially if you aren’t white and Priveliged. I’ve had multiple instances where staff had been rude or have watched me like im about steal something. Countdown is better just a shame not as cheap.

Always super helpful staff, shop is clean and well stocked.
