A trip to Frozen Direct yesterday to get more food. Staff were friendly. Because it is still classed as holiday time for a lot of people the store was nearly empty of customers. The food in most cases is generally cheaper than even the supermarkets. A good amount of frozen and also biscuits, sauces etc to buy.
Great store and something different there each time I go. Savoury and sweet No paywave so remember your wallet or cash. Most items are in bulk/larger than the supermarkets I never leave empty handed..
Small frozen foods thru to catering/large household packs..veges, fruits, prepackaged meat/ chicken & seafood & same in frozen Patties, dessert products.. Bread, baking, wraps..sauces & mayo in super-size A few Gluten-free Frozens too.. Good Prices..wasn't keen on things frozen that expired 6 months ago tho..only negative..
After driving past Frozen Direct a dozen times as we would do our errands, one day we decided to pop in and see what the store offered. Wow! So glad that we did!! Incredible prices on the fish that my girls love, and a really good selection of products!! The staff were friendly and helpful, even on a busy Sunday! And the store was very clean and free from clutter. The only downside is that we have a small freezer! Haha!! We have added Frozen Direct to our routine now, and are so thankful, as it has saved us quite a bit of money! Thank you!!

Was shopping in frozen direct today when I noticed a female imployee eyeballing my 10year old daughter the entire time we were in there must of been atleast 15 minutes of her starring at my daughter it was very uncomfortable and weird I would name shame this creep they have working there but no one seems to have name tags,she is quite chunky with dark hair and restocks the freezer,if u have kids be aware of this woman,I will not be shopping here again.
This place is awesome good selection and lots of it . Never the same goods twice good helpful staff clean and. Tidy
Good range of bulk frozen goods Excellent inexpensive bags of seconds jellybeans.
Not bad. A few good specials mixed amongst products I could get for the same price or cheaper from other stores.
