I went to all 2degrees stores in Christchurch, they all rude and arrogant, want to sell something ,not services. 2degrees palms store is exceptional . I would recommend 200% to my family and friends about their services .friendly ,helpful staffs.

Yeah not impressed here I'm a 2 degrees customer but service was hopeless here and wasted my time asking for advice got much better advice from spark few stores down

Ram and his team are amazing and super helpful. A lot of people misjudge them dud to cultural differences, but if you actually stop and ask them for help, you will find they are the friendliest and most helpful team that 2degrees has.

Every thing went as it should have.

Staff were very helpful and polite.

I would give zero stars if possible. Attempted to put credit on account and use one of the fabulous 'data packs' the over the phone automated system did not add and I used 35 MB which cost $17 ten minutes of internet usage yes I said MB not GB. Not a good company.

Poor service. Argumentative staff when presented with a difficult request.
