Owen Mitchell Park

Huge open space for everyone to play games, run around, or enjoy being still. Access to toilets, as well as the Northern Cycleway.

This is my great grandpa's park. It is fantastic.

Visited to walk my miniature dogs. Love the forest, tree settings in a couple of areas. Playground for the kiddies. Big field and park area for walking. Friendly people. Nice area.

I have always liked this park. Good playground, toilets & lots of space.nBUT the last 6 months or so there have been heaps of off leash dogs that are no way under control by their owners. I have a reactive dog who is always on leash, and I have gotten to the point that if I want to walk him at the park it needs to be almost dark. Too many incidents of off leash dogs rushing us and owners not caring.
