Great location in the centre of town. We enjoyed some tasty Italian salumi and wine. Unfortunately the service was not up to standard, the wine took forever to arrive and we were often left with empty drinks. Food order was totally mucked up, with it first being forgotten and then arriving very late.
Drinks were good. The service was terrible, waitress was throwing everything to the table which to me is super rude and bad service. There was no food available other then gluten free pizza which was disappointing. I felt quite embarrassed to have ask my friends to spend so much money in a very poor experience. I would have appreciated a heads up that there was no food available before starting ordering drinks, we would have left immediately as the purpose was having dinner.
Fantastic bar. Friendly staff and a nice ambiance. Stopped in on a long layover in Auckland. It happened to be happy hour and a few complimentary small bites were passed around as well. If we are ever back in Auckland we will definitely stop by!
After 2 visits I would put this squarely in the average box, average being exactly that in the middle. Service was reasonable, did is ok but a touch pricy for the serving. Cocktails were nice but not standout. The best thing probably going for it is the venue which is really nice.
Unfortunately, the service at bar non solo has all the character and efficiency of a wet paper towel. We were treated to incredibly late food or incredibly early food so none of us ate together. The staff were deeply condescending and could barely apologise for how long the food took. As an apology, they gave us some alcoholic Fanta syrup and pallid chips. The pizza itself was doughy, lacked char, and deeply mediocre. Avoid this place like the plague.
I cannot believe the service for such a nice bar/restaurant. Pizza? Not great unless you like lots of dough. Not accommodating for people with dietary requirements, even though I made sure to notify for a large party weeks before so they’d be well prepared with alternative options. Such a disappointment. If you have a vegan guest, advise to go somewhere else.
Very average. The bar was only a third full but service was poor. One of our table ordered a Bellini and after some time the waitress came back and said they were struggling to locate ingredients for it. We said cancel the drink but instead were served a half glass of prosecco as a replacement and charged full price. This bar also charges a credit charge surcharge no warning unitl card inserted despite a cap on the fees late last year. This is one of the few bars in Auckland that does this and has put me of off any Savor group establishement. Amano also charges this
Such a great place and vibe for lunch and cheap because of its meal and drink deal! Really enjoyed the food. Definitely will be back!Food: 5/5
Excellence service. Bartender is kind and good.Food: 5/5
Good atmosphere, yummy food, nice drinks, friendly staff - ticks all the boxes. Bread served comes from Amano downstairs which is nice
