I ordered butter chicken which is in my opinion a neutral dish for non Indian. Taste and volume is good, I forgot to ask if it has milk though. Will go back and try other dish in their menu next time.
Here for the lunch combo on Thursday.nnOk so i don't usually give 5* but these stars are worthy because it is clean, has tasteful enough decor ... Comfortable seating and cool tables, even nice serveware.nnMy butter chicken though was the best I've had. Not kidding here. Sauce, chicken and naan were all nnThere's no music playing, outside noise is not too loud and some banging from the kitchen but that usually means an active kitchen. I've gotta bring hubby back here
One of the best restaurant of around massey area. the butter chicken, lamb roganjosh, goat curry and kadai chicken, chilli chowmein and momos were amazing. I spend great time in there. Highly recommend.oh one thing there is also available any curry+ rice +Naan Brade just 14.99
Very patient and outgoing staff, we had a lady taking our order who was talking to a male chef, he also came out to explain some things to us as I was not familiar with some of the options on the menu and I was looking for something in particular. The chef was very persistent to ensure I got what I wanted, which was quite nice as it seemed like he cared.nAfter some explanations from the staff I settled on my order.nThe food was given to us hot and tasted absolutely delicious! I am looking forward to going back again.nUnfortunately I did not get the names of the staff members who were so helpful, but we arrived at about 6:40pm Sunday 9 Feb.
Came to Moon Knight for a spontaneous dinner tonight as we were in the area and wasn’t sure what to expect as we have never been. Ordered two butter chicken combos and an onion bhaji, the onion bhaji was great value for money, we were expecting a few big pieces but got a huge portion that we had to take home in the end. The butter chicken was one of the best I’ve had in a while, if you’re looking for a good “kiwi style” butter chicken. The naan was honestly my favourite part so buttery and fresh, we will definitely be making the trip to eat here again.
