My son was attending here for self defense classes it was his second term there ,he was having a great time and really enjoying himself, the day I was picking him up I walked in on my son in a Choke hold position with a boy twice his size and twice his weight, what I witnessed that day was awful my son then went unconscious and apparently was having a Seizure well thats what his instructor said ,Which my son has never had in his life. The instructor named MARAMA just stood there and didn't react fast enough in my view ,she didnt call medical help as i thought she should have she then didn't even apologize for what had happen just went on with her other clients ,she then more as less blamed my son because he couldn't tap out hes a child 13 years old ,the owner also blamed my son because he had brought disgrace to there gym and parents were coming in with Distraught children well I wonder why you just about killed my son and thought I'd just let it go. I wouldn't trust this gym with any children unless you can physically stay there and watch them they only care about there image and not the kids. Also I'd be very werry of Marama as a trainer for your children she's not someone I'd want training my child after what happened ,She nearly killed mine I'm just lucky he's still here and not brain dead. Not one of them asked if my son was OK. It really just show what kind of people they are. I guess some people lack empathy and compassion towards others

Great gym. Awesome trainers and classes. Paige has been amazing have been with her since February doing mums and bubs have gained so much strength especially in my core, can 100pc say my mental health has improved. Highly reccomend she is so welcoming and pushes you to your limits thanks paige!

Love this place. I have been with them since 2016 Friendly environment and many classes for adults and kids.
