I upgraded to this gym a few months ago. Best decision I've ever made. This gym is so nice, premium equipment and clean facilities. The sign up was a breeze all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this gym for newbies and experienced gym goers

In my opinion this is the best gym in Pukekohe. Yes it’s more expensive but the benefits outweigh the costs. The equipment is high quality. The new expansion and machines are amazing. The gym is always clean and the staff are very friendly.

This gym far exceeds any others in Pukekohe. I did a free trial at all local gyms before I made the decision to join. Flex has kind helpful hard working staff that always keeps the place clean. Even a girl that constantly organises the weights in order . The music is motivating and I don't need to bring headphones. It has everything I need in terms of machines and free weights and even has an outdoor area and smoothy bar. Highly recommended this gym if you're looking for one you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding club, amazing staff always make you feel very welcome. Top of the range equipment very well maintained and always clean including the changing facilities. One of the best things about flex pukekohe is the range of classes on offer and how well run they are, with the added benefit of special events and social gatherings

I've been gyming a decade and this is the best gym I've gone to, as someone who travels alot this is the best flex in auckland, friendly staff and users and they are constantly reinvesting the money they make into making this gym better, every month there's new machines and they just recently added a whole outdoor area.

Flex Fitness Pukekohe is a great gym , the best gym I’ve been a member of, the facility is well looked after as is the equipment , the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and extremely motivational. This gym runs great classes that have a great vibe , a friendly and supportive atmosphere and challenging in the best way. I recommend this gym !

Absolutely best gym ive ever been at! Great service and always clean and tidy. Very affordable and definitely the money worth. Highly recommend this gym!
