I went in search of a yoga studio and a yoga teacher as I have stage 4 cancer. Having lived with this for a number of years fatigue and loss of flexibility and stiffness in joints was going to be as debilitating as the cancer is impacting on my quality of Life. I was blessed to find my yoga teacher, Sirpa. The yoga has had a serious impact on the stiffening of my joints, my core area and breathing are improving every week. The introduction of Reiki and meditation has made a huge difference to my well being and my quality of life. I would strongly recommended the Studio and Sirpa .

I began my Reiki journey in 2021, but I first heard of Reiki through my friend in 2019. They say Reiki finds you when you are ready and I believe that is true. I quickly fell in love with Reiki after my first treatment and knew that this was something I wanted to learn how to do for myself. I was lucky that the Reiki I first experienced was with a Reiki Master Teacher and I signed up for my Level 1 Reiki Class as soon as it was offered. I was blessed to have found a wonderful Reiki Master Teacher not too far from my home. I resonated with her immediately and found her class to be very educational as well as comfortable. She was a great teacher and mentor to me.  I was unsure if I would be able to channel Reiki after my class but I was hopeful that it would work and kept an open mind. I remember after the attunement ceremony she gave us some time to come back to full awareness and then we all gathered to discuss our individual experiences. We then took turns activating and channeling Reiki to each other as well as to ourselves. I recall the feeling of shock wash over me when I could first feel Reiki energy moving through my hands. It had worked! I was moved to tears from the experience and it has changed my life completely. I will forever be grateful to Sirpa from Soul Tree Reiki.  I went on to take my Level 2 Reiki class with the Sirpa. This too was a life-changing experience for me. I learned that Reiki was not limited by time or space and that it could be channeled across any distance without limitations I did wonder if this really worked as it’s a lot harder to feel the energy, but my first “Distance Reiki” was on a friends Dad and she was blown away on how it had worked on him in front of her eyes not to mention how her Dad felt while it was being done. I have been lucky to sit in on Level 1 and Level 2 training again. This was something that Sirpa offered to all of her students and I loved having another experience with the attunement ceremony. I also found that there was something new to learn each time I sat in on the classes. Either I was at a place where I had a deeper understanding or she was offering a different point of view with each class.  When I was ready to take my Master Level Course I also did this with Sirpa, I think for me this was by far my A-Ha moment and it has changed my life forever.  I use Reiki daily in my products in cleaning my house in cooking and baking. Not to mention on my own family and friends.  If you want to learn Reiki I could not recommend Soultree and Sirpa enough.

Magical! Sirpa has a way of teaching yoga that is indescribable, guiding the breath, mind and body throughout the whole class. Breathing exercises and mediation in yoga nidra have improved my life and begun me on a journey to a more accepting and loving yoga practice than I was doing previously. Studio is so warm, clean and inviting. Pregnancy classes were also incredibly beneficial for me and I believe helped me with strength and confidence to birth naturally as well as helping ease all those pregnancy aches and niggles. My soul is in heaven, my body is catching up! Easy going and wonderfully varied classes with a lovely instructor!  My happiness meter is on the rise since I've found this lovely place.  Everything is sparkly clean, pleasant, peaceful, easy to follow and just plain uplifting!  As a newbie I'm finding it easy to keep up and follow the poses.  Sirpa effortlessly provides a magical mix of breath work and movement.  Couldn't ask for more.  I would highly recommend Sirpa's classes, just plain fabulous!!  I'll see you at the next one ;-
