I love the group fitness and having to book classes so that you actually have to turn up. Kate and Cherie are amazing and nice. It's like a family there, I travel 20mins to get there as I love the atmosphere and workouts there
Postpartum I was very hesitant about gym workouts but Cherie tailored sessions to suit along with a meal plan that you will stick to. The training is second to none. Also great range of classes for the whole fam!
Love this gym! Fantastic trainers and great environment. The workouts are always new so no chance to get bored.

Love Cherie, Kate and Hira's sessions - they are always challenging you but ensuring you're not going to injure yourself. So much fun and laughter as well.

I wasn't expecting such great changes to my body shape! I'm toning up all over while my clothes are getting looser. I haven't felt this strong and fit for over a decade.
Loving Body Blast, Kate and Cherie are awesome and really push you to achieve your goals and get the best out of your work out. Best thing I have done for me in a while
