Northgate Motor Lodge

Excellent modern room and well maintained facilities.nPerfectly quiet despite being on a main road.nBrilliant location a short walk to Pukekura park or waterfront.nFriendly new owners who continue to keep this property to a high standard at a great price.

Very friendly owner. Room was bright, clean and not too big for me. It's right near town so that's very handy. Can walk to the beach or drive. Has spa pool, outside dining table. The whole place has a calming, friendly vibe. Bed is firm and comfy I hate soft beds

We have been using the Northgate from 2023 with no issues. As it is on SH3 there can be traffic noise during peak times but there are rear units that eliminate this and also give access onto Lemon Street.

Brenda and Steve were amazing hosts.Rooms and property perfect. We stayed for 6 nights.

Another great experience in New Plymouth, lovely host, bright, clean and good size rooms. Plenty of parking. When we had to extend our stay everything was done to make it easy.nThanks to a great team
