Fantastic dog-friendly stay.nnThe hotel was very clean, the staff were genuinely welcoming, and traveling with our dog couldn’t have been easier. It was freezing one morning and they kindly allowed us to bring our dog into the breakfast area, which we really appreciated.nnComfortable, easy, and accommodating — would definitely stay again.

I went to Juliana's for dinner, I had the Ribeye steak with fries and salad. It was amazing! The steak was so tender. The fries were perfectly cooked and the salad complimented the whole meal. It couldn't have been any better. I finished off with Apple Strudel for dessert. I was with a friend, who coincidentally ordered exactly the same things and he was just as impressed as I was.

Wow! This rat nest and drafty outdated place should be avoided. No words to explain disappointmentnUpdate: i have logged a complaint to the reception upon our checkout that all night rodents were in the wall, that gap under the front door was so big we had to stuff our towels, that there was rubbish from previous guests.nThe receptionist just staired at me blank and said OK. I haven't received any phone call, apologies or refund. Just awful

Loved our stay here. Booked a family room, was spacious for the 4 of us. Great shower and comfy beds. Reception and house keeping staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us. Excellent location. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Clean tidy rooms, great pricing and so handy to the CBD. Only down side the heated pool was quite cold but it was winter.
