Flamingo Motel - New Plymouth

Would stay again! Lovely little place. Rooms are spacious and very clean. They give you loads of towels and have the option of getting a swim towel. Lovely little touches of a small bottle of milk and free chocolate fish. Pools are amazing, nice little playground for the kids. Owners are absolutely lovely and easy to communicate with. Not many studios provide a full kitchen that you can cook a full meal in either and this place does!

Great bang for buck! Hot pool, cold pool, clean tidy rooms, sky, full kitchen and sea views! Couldn’t ask for more. Oh and the hosts were exceptional!

Our stay here was fantastic. So many little touches to make it an enjoyable stay, from the chocolate fish in the fridge on arrival, to the extra towels and warm blankets. Rooms were very clean and tidy, the full kitchen was great to cook our own meals and the bathroom was nice and big. The kids loved the heated pool and the outdoor play equipment. Staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

A bit old and outdated but good layout and comfortable. Bed was too hard for me so had to purchase a cheap Briscoes topper pad. Indoor heated pool and outdoor pool. We were given a 2 bedroom unit at the rear which was nice and quiet. Unit was clean. Chocolate fish in the fridge loved by my 9 year old.

Great location, well appointed rooms and clean and tidy, would recommend for anyone coming to NP.
