Been there a few times and always good. Portions are big, there’s a great variety of tap beers and its great to be able to bring your dog along. Definitely recommend.
It was such a beautiful venue however it was hard to find a park, and a table especially if the rugby is on, fair call, but we had phoned to make a booking in advance and were told they don't do bookings.nnThe prices were a tad on the pricey side for a bristo, nevertheless our table of five ordered: x4 steak meals $48 each, x1 bangers and mash $28, x1 wedges with bacon $23 and chicken pieces unsure on the price, brownie with bailey's ice cream delicious, and a large portion, $14.50 plus drinks alcoholic, non-alcoholic and coffees the coffees had been over roasted and they were tiny for the price we paid.
I have been here so many Sundays as I believe it’s the best spot for a Sunday Roast!nnSuper classic pub with huge yard + picnic tables to enjoy. This place gets super busy on a sunny weekend day. Kid friendly, dog friendly and delicious pub eats. What more could you need?nn10/10 Sunday Roast - if you haven’t been you are missing out.nnWill be there most Sundays :nnBest,nnJess, hospitality specialistnKakapo Business Sales
Awesome food! Friendly staff.
Just had lunch at Northcote Tavern today and HOLY.CR4P! the food was good. My dad says his best ever Seafood Chowder has now been beaten and I had the buttered chicken and it was outrageously good. Well done to the chef. Great service from everyone else, as usual
