The show was so good that they put on. Better than I was expecting even
Accidentally bought tickets online for the night after I intended. When we arrived on our intended night tonight, ushers said it wasn't a sold out performance so the box office could help us exchange. Box office said "no refunds, no exchanges," then double-checked with NPOS to be sure they wouldn't allow it. Nope. So they'd rather not have 2 more seats full 5 minutes before curtain and free up 2 tickets for sale the next night while rescuing my crying daughter from disappointment than consider an exception. I realize I made the mistake, but when I worked for nearly a decade in theatre, this would have been a no-brainer. We'll come back tomorrow with our tickets and attempt to enjoy the show, but it will definitely be our last NPOS performance.
