MTI is not only a Muay Thai Gym, it is much more. You will love the vibe of the people that goes to MTI. Mark, Johnny, and the rest of the staff are awesome and they always willing to help you and coach you to achieve your goals. Training there not only helps you to keep your body in good health, it also makes your mind strong and clear. A game changer. MTI has become a second home.
Very chill environment, a place for anyone. I started for fitness and then fell in love with the sport. A good mixture of girls and boys and everyone is so friendly and encouraging. The trainers really care and make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome. All around a really lovely club to be a part of

Using my training here I have been able to successfully defend myself from several unsuspecting bystanders. The key is to strike first and from behind 5 strs.
One of the best parts of training in martial arts like Muay Thai is that it is as hard as you make it.When I started in April/June of 2019 I hit a maximum of 115 kg. It is now march of 2020 and I am just under 88 kg, and have learned new skills and new things that I can move my body that I never thought possible.
