Wellington Indoor Sports is New Zealand’s largest indoor sports provider running year round competitions for four major indoor sports - netball, soccer, turbo touch and cricket.

Our leagues are graded to suit everyone from the social to the elite and offer a safe environment where participants can play hard and be competitive but play fair and have fun.

We like this place. There's a few activities to choose from. The kids haven't tried Bumperama yet but they will definitely do it next time for sure. Our experience whenever we're here to play is that the bowling lanes are smooth and clean. Great job for maintaining the lanes spotless. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff. After bowling we played at Timeout. We love playing basketball as it gives out generous tickets than other machines. Thank you.
Had a fantastic experience at Bowlarama Newtown this morning for my son's birthday, the staff are amazing, friendly and great with kids. A special thanks to Georgie for making the day so memorable for the kids, they thoroughly enjoyed it. And thanks for helping with keeping the kids entertained until their parents arrived with the bouncy Lazer force game shout! Much appreciated. We will be back for more games of bowling soon, and also for the cool bumper cars!
Fun place. Good for bowling. Arcade was fun. We I went it was later in the night but it seems like there is a multitude of fun activities to do here. Good place to visit on a rainy day.
Purchased a voucher via GrabOne for my daughter for Xmas. Within days she suffered a terrible accident requiring major surgery. I contacted GrabOne to ask for a refund or credit as this activity would not be safe for her by the expiration date. The establishment refused my request. They still have time to recoup any loss and I don’t have the extra funds to change her Xmas present. I think it’s very sad on that basis I wouldn’t recommend them.
This is a wonderful place for young and old. It was raining while on holiday here... thanks to google we found this place.. We entertained ourselves all day, so much games to choose from... lovely hot food and a good selection of drink's.
Came here with my husband and kids… and all I can say is - Horrible customer service. Lady at the bar is horrible at her job. She acts busy when she really isn’t - literally just shuffles things around and gets mad when you want to order something. Has a disgusting snappy attitude. I want nothing more than for her to be removed and replaced. A liability and am hoping she gets fired or removed. Definitely order something if you want to feel like an inconvenience when you have the rightful capacity to order food. The manager - Asian looking man Albert Saw I believe has horrible customer service too. Only difference is between him and the horrible old cranky lady is that he knows that he is to serve. Regardless, both horrible and I hope either they either get removed and replaced by new staff, or the establishment gets shut down. Come here if you want to be disrespected and feel like a liability. Came in at 6.45pm with a group of 5. Got told to come back 15mins as we were in a que. Then he let two groups come in after us and play before us. I mentioned this and he said oh no only 1 group as the other had a lane shut down so we had to move them but he passed them shoes... so they both jumped the que. I mentioned this at 7.15 and he told me another 20minute wait. So im meant to wait 50mins when two groups are aloud to jump que with 6 lanes free the whole time.
This place is bizarre. Almost always empty and yet the staff seem to have nothing but pure disdain for any customers daring to go and spend money there. If you're part of a group, don't even bother. You'd only be causing the staff a huge amount of inconvenience. How this place is still open blows my mind, god knows where they get the money from. It's unfortunate as it could be a really fun place if only it was run by people who were capable of any human emotion other than anger.
Worst customer service ever. Unsure how this place makes money. Man behind the bowling counter was so rude, I couldn’t believe people can treat others like that. Standing in front of him for a good 5 minutes while he worked on his computer so I said “hey there” and he just said “what”. Such a shame I would have spent money here if the staff wernt so horrible. Terrible place won’t be returning
Fun time challenging the kids to a couple of ten pin bowling. Lots of banter and fun. Helpful staff. Lots of different activities for the family all inside the building including Lazer maze and trampoline area.
