De website spreekt al voor zich met alle info die je nodig hebt. Maar vandaag ben ik pas echt blij verrast. Ik had een bestelling geplaatst, maar helaas bleek vandaag bij ontvangst dat er een verkeerd product geleverd is. Ik heb contact opgenomen via de mail en ontving al heel snel reactie. Het juiste product zou morgen direct worden verstuurd. Toen ik vroeg naar een mogelijkheid om het verkeerde product te retourneren, gaf de medewerker aan dat ik dit mocht houden en het als vergelijkingsmateriaal mocht gebruiken. Ik heb werkelijkwaar nog nooit zulke goede service meegemaakt over zo'n lange periode. Sinds ik hier bestel, verloopt alles vlot en is het benoemde en enige probleem wat ik ondervond goed afgehandeld. Complimenten voor jullie en in het bijzonder voor Melchior!
