Great selection, haven't been into a toyworld in years and was blown away! With all the die-cast cars and awesome lego! Great selection

Nice when it's quiet. Very large expansive toy store. Has a Lego table for kids to play it

It had a lot of variety of toys. The staff-is very patient and friendly. You can sometimes find better priced deals elsewhere. But the variety is probably the best in Palmerston North. They don’t have a loyalty card system.

I got lost in the LEGO section for about 3 days. Finally a staff member found me and escorted me to the front entrance. I'm too scared to go back in...

Staff were obliging, helpful and so very kind to help for a toy for my grandson

Nice big store with a good broad range of toys. Well laid out with a good amount of space to move around. Good range of Lego with a large number of sets. If you are looking of toys... This store is well worth a look

Loveky place huge and fun- the staff there ate AMAZING! Patient while i figured out some technology at the counter etc. So good, kind and friendly!

The owner or the manager of this store has a very bad attitude. I have bought many toys in this store since the birth of my child seven years ago. I bought a whole box of Schleich's animal models and many Legos. However, something happened today made me very disappointed. I took my mother to get a Covid vaccine nearby Toyworld this morning. Because the parking space was full and there was no space on the roadside either, I temporarily parked the car in Toyworld parking area, and I planned to go to Toyworld after getting the vaccine because I knew only the customers can park there. Their owner or the manager yelled at me and asked me to move the car away. I tried to explain to him that I took my mother into the reception first and then moved the car because my mum can't speak English, I can't just drop her off and left and I would go to his shop later, but he didn't care at all and keep yelled at me: I don't care, move it now, or I tow away your car! His attitude is really awful and disgusting, and I will never go to this store again! Buying the same toys online like Lego is cheaper than in this store!

My wife visited the store today while I waited in the car. Upon her return to the car she said “that was the best service from any retail store that I have ever experienced”. Not much more can be said really.

Good selection of toys for young and old. Customer parking down the side is helpful. Didn't see any staff other than at checkout. Some of the shelving was a bit unstable to, be careful taking things off shelves.
