The girls were super friendly and made us feel welcome! Customer service is great, everyone was so nice and helpful, especially after experiencing bad customer service at Dxxk Island. The portion of the ice cream is huge and the ice cream are very delicious. The waffle cone was very tasty and probably the best I’ve had in a while! I will be back!

Staff members are cheerful and welcoming. We tried a whole bunch of flavours, kids absolutely loved it! And like every one else said, the scoops are quite a lot, totally worth the price.

Plenty of stars for options, flavor and taste, but one star off for price.

We ordered maple macadamia and cream & mango in a cup. Both very creamy and smooth! As a visitor from Canberra Australia felt the icecream was creamier than back home And they open until 10:00pm which is a bonus for night owls like us who would like an icecream supper before bed Movenpick closed in Manuka Canberra few years ago, we miss you!

Quick and polite service. The vanilla brownie ice cream was delicious! Edit - Went to Movenpick Takapuna again this week. They were all out of vanilla brownie ice cream so I got the cappuccino ice cream instead on the left of picture. It was really yummy! You could taste the coffee in it but it wasn't too strong or overwhelming. Also not very bitter.

Yum yum yum , not many space in store but you can find the place in the park, nice ice cream, delicious, kid is really like it. For sure, I will go again.VH

Stopped by after lunch for ice cream. Ordered the nut lovers dream shared platter. There was only one person on it was midday on a Thursday so there was a little wait for ordering. The platter was alright although the cream was over-whipped. Ice cream was nice like always. There was a fairly nice seating area outside but it was quite small.
