Was redeem my birthday free drink this morning, ask for no ice , turns out with cup of ice. I can get over it. Lucky my requirements is simply on ice , imagine some one allergy to something, please listen to the customer!!! Male staff ask my id to prove myself , I showed my drivers license, he is like” it is not expired , you can use it”excuse me, since when Starbucks staff become so arrogant to judge people, if you say it is a joke , I am sorry, please don’t say in the customer service industry. I live in local and so glad we have Starbucks in such a premium location, it is shame that poor service ruined the brand name.
Ordered a flat white, paid 6 bucks….took one sip and dropped it in the bin outside. It tasted burned and bad. Went and got a good coffee at one of the many other cafes around Takapuna that are actually good.
I ordered a free tall drink for my birthday drink and a lady asked for my ID card and checked my birthday. I was ok with that since they have the right to check. Then I waited for 20min to get my drink and finally she called my name. I was about to take the drink but the lady suddenly took the drink away and said this is not your drink. I was so shocked and said why this is not my drink you just checked my ID? Then she passed the drink and said have a nice day. I was waited for 20 min and she didn't do this to other but only mine drink??? I'm very disappointed about her poor customer service and wont come back again
Disappointing service and rude male staff named Sean. Ordered through the app and redeemed my free tall drink, waited for a long time, got asked what kind of free voucher I have and asked for a proof if I actually have a free voucher to redeem on my app. First time ever being asked to show my free drink voucher when ordering through Starbucks app. Also was served a messy cup with milk spilling out of it and sticky.
Lovely coffee and wonderful customer services. Its a bit sad that Mobile app can't take orders. I ordered in store and waited for 20 minutes.
My grande is like a tall in a grande cup. Same for my friend. Not gonna go here again to avoid disappointments. The batista did my order right though, the lady taking the order is nice as well.Food: 3/5
Busy first thing in the morning. On some visits, the staff can be under pressure and it can reflect in your coffee. They will rectify the interesting-tasting coffees if you ask. Not a lot of on street parking.Food: 4/5
Not clean enough. Customer left the store but they didn't clean the table for awhile. This Starbucks is not big so we need a clean table. Toilet, not clean either. Charging points - not many available. Close early. Hm I will not come back here again. NZ Starbucks are small and not comfy for me.
IMO food wasn't all it's cracked up to be, and it costs a lot. However the atmosphere was nice and the service was fine. It's very popular so there are waiting lines. Anyhow, Vegetarian options: A lot of the food is vegetarian, so have no fear if that's where you're at! Wheelchair accessibility: It's at ground level so no ramps needed, chair room might be slightly tight but it could work!
Not sure why the line was taking so long when there were around 4 people behind the counter but only 1 person taking orders. I had to wait for a good 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes for my food and turns out they got my order wrong. I don't usually have a problem at Starbucks, maybe new staff member?
