We had lovely time here. Two lovely gentlemen who volunteer gave us so much information about the different planes in the aviation hall. Very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Kids had great time. Presentation was superb.
Really worth a visit. Super impressive. I imagine because there are two separate parts of the museum this may be a little complicated for some visitors but by golly, well worth the visit. Go earlier in the day to visit all this museum has to offer. Visit both parts of the museum. The aviation part is particularly impressive as it is one large building with so many planes. Majestic!
I am so glad that such places exist for it kids to witness/absorb and learn from.nnMy daughter particularly enjoyed calls on traditional phones.nnAs an adult I enjoyed the locomotives as well the printing press. I am glad you can take some nice prints as souvenirs.nnPram/Stroller storage is a great idea by MOTAT.
This was a great trip with my little one. Amazing to see so many planes and helicopters in one place. And having a decommissioned Helicopter to be able to play with was great fun! Toilets were nice and clean and gift shop was reasonable.
Cheers for the free entry for the teachers in April. Took my family. Everyone loved it. Was an awesome experience.nnThe planes were amazing to look at. Would love to go again. Train ride is also a nice experience, like going back in time.
