That means every purchase you make helps the Museum to take care of precious taonga, carry out conservation work, make great exhibitions, deliver educational programmes, support important research, and continue to be a world-class museum and war memorial.

Our onsite store carries a more diverse range of products than our online store, including pounamu (greenstone) jewellery and art and sculpture by New Zealand artists. You'll also find traditional Māori instruments made by leading carvers, hand made art glass and ceramic works by top local potters.
