Morrisons Funeral Home, in particular Natasha, David, and their extended team, were incredible to work alongside. From the moment we entrusted them with the care of our dad, they treated both him and our family with genuine compassion, dignity, and respect. They quickly became an extension of our family, guiding us through one of the most difficult times of our lives with warmth and professionalism.nnWhile the service grew far beyond what we had originally anticipated, with more than 330 people attending, Natasha and her team managed every detail seamlessly and with remarkable poise. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and every request was met with kindness, patience, and a willingness to help.nnWe left this experience feeling truly cared for, supported, and understood. Many of our friends and family commented on the exceptional level of care, commitment, and attention shown not only to us but also to everyone who attended the service.nnWe are deeply grateful to Natasha, David, and the entire Morrisons team for helping us honour our dad in such a meaningful and beautiful way. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication made an immeasurable difference, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Morrisons Funeral Home to any family seeking support during a difficult time.
Following the loss of my Aunty back in April this year, the team at Morrisons Funerals in Henderson provided exceptional care, compassion, and support to our family.nnA special thank you to Jackie, who guided us through every step of the process with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Her support helped make a very difficult time much easier to navigate, and she ensured my Aunty's farewell was conducted with dignity and respect.nnWe are truly grateful to Jackie and the entire team for the care they showed our family. I would highly recommend Morrisons Funerals Henderson to anyone needing support during a difficult time.
We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support and guidance we received from the funeral director Eric Mollot and his team, during one of the most difficult times in our lives: Mum’s funeral.nnFrom the very beginning, Eric’s communication was gentle, clear, and deeply reassuring, bringing us immense comfort in the midst of our grief and the quiet confidence that we were in the hands of someone who truly cared. In a time of great sorrow, his presence felt steady and compassionate.nnEric was exceptionally organised, ensuring every detail of the funeral was handled seamlessly and with the utmost care. What touched us most deeply was his remarkable ability to understand our needs even before we were able to express them ourselves. With great kindness and genuine compassion, he gently guided us through each step, making an overwhelming and painful process feel more bearable.nnThis experience also taught us that while Morrison is there to support and guide families, it is equally important for us to provide the necessary information and arrangements in a timely manner. The success of the funeral service is truly a collaborative effort. Many guests shared how beautiful and well-organised and meaningful the service was, which is a testament of the partnership between our family and the funeral home.nnThank you, Eric, for your support in helping us honour our mum’s farewell so beautifully and the one she deserved.
We wish to express our appreciation to Jacqueline and the team at Morrisons. We received great assistance, through the planning stages and the funeral service combined. They were supportive and showed great sympathy and thought towards our family and their needs at the time. It has been a pleasure to deal with your firm. Regards Alan.
My family and I are incredibly grateful for Andrew Thompson and the team at Morrisons. Andrew helped us navigate one of the hardest and scariest seasons that we have had to face as a family. He was very professional, transparent, and he made everything smooth sailing so that we could give our Mum the best send off we could.
