My mum passed recently and I had to organize her funeral. Justine at Morrisons was lovely, caring, and walked me thru each step. Made organizing the funeral very easily, and the result was fantastic. I am sure my mum would have approved.
After my mum passed recently I needed to organize arrangements. I contacted Morrisons Funerals, and right from my first phone call my family and I have received the most amazing help and kind support from everyone at Morrisons. Trish the manager, Natasha assistant manager, Bernadette funeral director and Alyssia reception have been fantastic to work with and I was blown away by their professionalism, kindness and wonderful care. I visited Morrisons numerous times during this process always unannounced and was always made so welcome. What a fabulous team.
The overall service and hospitality given was everything that I expected. My family recommended this place to me and I was all over the place not knowing what to do or expect. Many thanks and standing ovation for you all Morrison team for making my father's day so special. Alysha for the short period of time we have met I thank you for keeping my father's day special, memorable and simple. You not only exceeded my expectations but also my father who likes everything simple. You have put my mind at ease when you handle everything according to how my father wanted his day to end so thank you so much. My heart is forever in gratitude. To the team of staff at Morrison thank you, thank you all for showing kindness being so welcomed and above all showing humility in services to my family when they came over that short period of time seeing my father. Brian Stott from Morrison Funeral homes is a gem of all gems while you are organizing the burial of a loved one. Pat the Celebrant was so lovely and caring in her words. The flowers from Morrison’s Flowers I asked for were brilliant and exactly what I wanted for my mum. I am so glad I had Morrison’s to handle all the details of my mum’s burial and made this sad moment flow without causing more stress on you at this truly difficult time. We had booked an afternoon tea and cakes after the service which was really lovely and the staff were kind.
Amazing service. Took really good care of my mum when she passed away and really good care of us afterwards. Always attentive and went out of their way to be helpful.
