Unprofessional. I do not recommend this place, they will disrespect the family by being rude and not complying with simple requests which is part of their service. They're either really late or they're extra early and they rush things through. There's a lady who's sits outside who looks like a homeless person only to find out she's admin person. Communication is pathetic, you tell them one thing, they do the opposite. I don't why they're still around. Please look at other places such as Tipene Funeral Home and Ese Tatupu
The people here are so helpful and catered well to our needs. My grandmother was in their care in January 2018. Love their hospitality and service. Our Mama was well taken care of. Thank you for everything Ligaliga.
Absolutely appalling service & facility besides the Casket Transfers. Would highly recommend the Undertaker be trained on Professionalism. Undertaker was shockingly rude by answering his phone during the burial of a family member whilst family grieved around him, Incoming-Calls should be taken in a secluded area away if it's a very important call, gently speaking would be much appreciated from the casket & family. Ligaliga Funeral Home based in Mangere is disgusting & would Highly Recommend families to reconsider using this facility, Air-con was refused to be turned on, whilst family, friends & those visiting to pay their respects from around the world sat in that building on the brink of passing out, 1 family member had a bleeding nose due to the heat in that building that unintentionally staining the White Lining inside the casket which was then cleaned up by the Undertaker, but then again the Undertaker must've been annoyed that he had 1 extra job to do, Undertaker was walking around angrily asking around for the person who had that nose bleed that I stood there and listened to him question a family member of mine. Wouldn't want any of my family to go through this again. Would hate to think the reason for not having the Air-Con turned on is so you don't have to pay much on the electricity bill which means more money in your pockets. This is the second time I've attended a funeral at Ligaliga where the Air-Con was refused to be turned on.
I would like to thank the Ligaligas staff members and especially Faapo and Queenlucy for your support and service during the hard time of our mother's passing. I would recommend this service for your loved ones.
'Ie is one of the most genuine funeral director I have ever seen, thank you Sir treating my family with respect and giving my Mama the best send off. GOD BLESS YOU !!!!
