The sound system in the hall is horrendous. The faife’au, and my uncle were the only ones who attempted to fix it. It stopped, but the feedback would start again. It was so very loud, and I found it rude and disrespectful to the family, that it wasn’t rectified immediately. It went on for at least an hour out of the 2 hours we were there. The fee for tonights service should be refunded. What a shameful thing to happen at your facility. FIX IT!
After a couple of recommendations we were bit skeptical about this place, then thought it's closer to the church and cemetery, why not? Filipo first attended to us, very compassionate and understanding, which made our process with dad very easy - We needed to keep dad there for an extra 4 days, which they happy to, and at no extra charge - We also dealt with Filipos brother who again made our family feel at ease. Great service, customer service and easy to deal with. Cheers Ligaliga!!!
