Momentum Pilates is a certified Authentic Romana's Pilates studio and is fully equipped with Pilates apparatus imported from New York, designed and manufactured still today to Joseph Pilates' exacting specifications.
Momentum Pilates opened it's doors in 2010 and quickly gained a reputation for the quality and personal approach of our teaching. As an Authentic Romana's Pilates Studio, we take our responsibility to the Joseph Pilates method seriously and respect the approach as it was intended. We continue to progress and challenge our clients as they begin to understand the founding principles of the Pilates method.
