What a fabulous place to train!!! Thalia, Seth and Ashley rock. You guys are amazing and so encouraging. The atmosphere is upbeat and exciting and you just want to work out. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, it was the highlight of my holiday!
Trainers are great, and I love the studio. Nice to have doors that can open, and the best giant fans ever when it's really hot! I haven't felt this strong for over ten years, and it's all to do with the sessions, and atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more!
A real community feel, a fun way to get active regardless of your start fitness levels or ability. The trainers are skilled at adjusting the workouts for any injuries or physical limitations you may have. Highly recommend giving it a go
F45 is the perfect work out for any level, I still find it a challenge even as I get fitter and stronger but it's achievable. Its friendly, motivating and gets results. The Mount Studio is amazing!

It’s the best! Every workout will challenge you and make you sweat. If you’re new to exercise you can take it slow and all you’ll get is support from everyone around you and if you are already fit and want a tough workout then look no further, this is the real deal!! Highly recommend it.
