Mitre 10 Mega Botany

Love this store! They have everything I had gone there for. Even had a drink inside at the Columbus Cafe.

Fabulous service with Megan in the weekend. Called us today to sat product was ready to collect and really knowledgeable. Very impressed . Just done my first mow with the electric lawn mower and after the initial fit of laughter being used to a bit grunty lawn mower again very impressed. Five stars to the lovely Megan .

I came in here from the Manukau branch to grab a few things Manukau didn't have in stock. The staff were super helpful. Even at the customer service desk they were amazing. As busy as they were they were very patient with me. The store is fully stocked. It will be my new go to store for all hardware and tools. Awesome team

great service from Sean at the paint counter. I forgot the name of the product I was looking for only had the price and Sean really worked to get me what I was looking for so helpful, without being condescending, I'm not a fan of the layout of the store, but once your inside the people make up for hassle of getting in.

Appalling service from the kitchen section. No contract for a bench top installation , no invoice, poor communication and now they want extra money for a bench top without having disclosed this before. Don’t recommend to anyone and will never return.

Love this store, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, with amazing knowledge. Great range of products to fit every budget. I never seem to be there when the cafe is open - will keep trying!

First time to go here, so i had to check and see stuff they have and what they do offer. Points for the garden centre and play area! I loved how safe and great vibes this place is compared to other mitre 10. Staff are all smiles too, though a bit disappointed as I was trying to talk to a staff but he ignored me and rather helped someone whom he "maybe" affiliates himself with. Hey, i know i am asian and i would be greatful if people will has the same treatment despite and inspite of colour. Nonetheless, this store has so many items that are needed for your home! Have a look, you'll sure have some thing to take home!

Nothing but praise for the team in the Trade section. From the young Chinese gir from Hong Kong at the counter to the gentleman from the Philippines at the security exit. But the highest praise has to go to Robert who went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted. The whole team deserves full praise and made my experience all that more pleasant. I might add, that although I have a trade a/c at a branch closer to my home the Botany store was far superior and was well stocked unlike in the other store hence my reason for shopping there as I could not purchase anything I required. For example, I required pavers and Botany had an array to choose from and were displayed in a presentable manner whereas the other store had virtually nothing available and what was available you weren't able to access them as pallets of timber blocked your access for a closer look. I was also unable to purchase any of the timber I required yet Botany had it in plentiful supply. It astounds me that 2 stores could differ so much but it's obvious that whoever is in charge of Trade in Botany has a better handle of things.

Very well thought out and spacious store. Parking usually isn't a problem even during peak hours. Completitive prices. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have often found that they go out of their way to help me. I have always managed to get whatever I wanted. This is my favourite local hardware stop.
