Purchased an AMG GLC63 Rideon Car on Trademe, only to be given a “similar” model upon pick up because they did not have the product we ordered in stock. The item we purchased was $299 but listed as $799 elsewhere. I believe this business has listed a more expensive version hoping that when people purchase it they can get away with giving them a “similar” and cheaper version. They subsequently refunded us, however whilst this was happening they continued to list and relist the product on trademe despite not having it in stock - it is still listed now. This is highly illegal and very scam-like. Buyers beware!!! The 1 star is because they had good/fast communication once queried.
i would give in minus start if possible. Advise to buy who take care after the sale and if you buy from here you definitely will need to come back with complains as its very cheap quality as well even more cheaper customer service and they answer very very very rude. Didn't like the way one customer was treated .The guy was being oversmart to the customers and hiding his fault
