THE VINTAGE STORE opened in Papatoetoe in September 2012. The store is a wonderful place to browse and bag a bargain. We are also always grateful to receive donated good quality items to sell in the store.
This venture is a social enterprise for Age Concern Counties Manukau Inc and is being undertaken so we can raise much needed revenue to enable us to continue to deliver the services we provide in the community promoting the rights and wellbeing of older people.
We need your support!!!
We need goods to fill the massive space we have - clothing, bric-a-brac, furniture, jewellery, books etc... (no televisions, computer monitors or junk please ).
We need volunteers to distribute leaflets in their area to advertise “The Vintage Store”
We need volunteers on a regular rostered basis ( can you spare 4 hours a week or more?) to help us to :
• get all the items ready for sale,
• work in front of shop (we will be open Monday – Saturday)
• collect donated items from throughout the region.
