Only one lady around who tried her best to help, even after making announcement for person in electrical dept to come help a customer NO ONE BOTHERED! Rated 3 stars as lady did try to help and this is more than you get at most Bunnings stores. Time to shop Kiwi. Mitre 10 here we come.

Variable levels of customer service. Some realty helpful people, some jobsworths and some rude.

I quite like this store. It's new and invigorating. Still has that freshness and eagerness from the staff as well. Heaps of parking and well located. It's always well stocked and some staff member willing to help. Excellent range and well priced. Definitely recommend this place.

Cheap products, good range but zero customer service, I suppose that's the trade off. Staff don't appear to be interested and walk around like Zombie's, oblivious to customers needs, could not to care less. I genuinely feel sorry for them, to be that miserable in a job must be very taxing.
