Bunnings Warehouse Manukau

Went to buy few things from bunnings but staff is not very helpful. You have to beg them to help find things. They need to understand that its a warehouse not a dairy shop where you can find things easily. Sometimes we dont wanna waste time finding little things because you there for quickie.

Excellent collection of DIY stuff and other tools. One stop shop. The one criticism I have is that there is not enough staff members to assist if you need any help.

Yesterday I needed to purchase a new toilet holder and window sealant. To my surprise I enjoyed my experience yesterday as upon arriving two members sorry should have asked for their names greeted me with a friendly welcome hello and pointed me in the right direction where I needed to go. Riley was very hospitable and helped me with the products that I was purchasing shower holder and toilet holder he explained how to install which I was happy to receive since I don’t know anything about that.nExcellent customer service, great friendly attitudes and I would highly recommend my friends and family to visit Bunnings Manukau! Such a awesome vibe

Once upon a time I found staff very helpful but twice I have been in 3 weeks and when you look for staff there is no one around and when you eventually track someone down it feels like you are getting fobbed off. Customer service has become abysmal

Worst experiences, no staff in the garden area so I come to the counter ask for help and there was one guy who said I will send someone to help you.nWe were waiting for 10 to 15 minutes no body come to us when we returned from the store same guy on the gate for checking the receipt I ask him again we are waiting there but you didn’t send somebody to help us,he was like he is deaf he never respond me.that’s very disappointing and disrespectful,I request the store management please hire good manner and helpful staff.
