Bunnings Warehouse Manukau

Went to buy few things from bunnings but staff is not very helpful. You have to beg them to help find things. They need to understand that its a warehouse not a dairy shop where you can find things easily. Sometimes we dont wanna waste time finding little things because you there for quickie.

Huge, bewildering. You have to know what you need.nAsking random staff members helps, but is only reliable if they come with you...l've had excellent exercise following various clues.nI think this particular store is geared towards trade more than other stores. Some aisles are very narrow - one trolley only. No child-sized trolleys.nnGood parking.nnThe playground is a lifesaver - just exciting enough to get the kids out of a grouch, and just limited enough that they're happy to come away after a few minutes.

Excellent collection of DIY stuff and other tools. One stop shop. The one criticism I have is that there is not enough staff members to assist if you need any help.

Poor customer service today at around 5:30-6PM.nnI wanted to enquire about some toilet seats, walked around to the staff in the paint section who was the first staff member I saw first. He told me to wait at the bathroom/kitchen service desk for someone.nnAfter walking there, no one was present only until another customer who was waiting at the desk before me grabbed a random staff member. When he got to me, he said he couldn’t help me but will call on the intercom for someone else to come to the toilet seat aisle.nnNo one came after 5 minutes of waiting to the aisle I was waiting at aisle 8.nnI just accepted it as this whole process took about 15-20 minutes, and walked out as no one came to help me when I asked.nnUpon walking out when I was on the phone coming to the exit, a staff member told me to turn around and check my bag with the other staff member scanning receipts.nnI was complying although very frustrated as it was the same lady who didn’t come back to help me at the aisle - telling me to check my laptop bag as I was walking out.nnI respectfully said there’s nothing in my bag, and that no one was helping me which is why I walked out.nnUnfortunately, customer service was very poor today and I got asked for my bag to be checked after waiting 15-20 minutes.nnMalo lava
