5+ stars for Andrea in framing, Not only is she delightful as a person, her suggestions and customer service are exceptional. She really has a great design eye. I tool in two very large canvases to be framed - Andrea spent so much time with me to get it just right. The 70% off offer cannot be beat. From start to finish Andrea and Michael's exceeded my expectations.
I don't enjoy shopping here. If I need help finding something there is hardly a visible employee to ask, and most of the time that I get to the register I feel very hurt by how rude the cashier is. I've noticed these days that the music inside is simply so loud that I feel uncomfortable and can't think, and I just want to leave again. And most of all the checkout process... yesterday I said "hello" in a friendly voice as I get to the counter and she doesn't even look at me, doesn't respond in any way, scans the items and tells me the total. The typical customer service experience here makes me feel like I'm a medieval leper. I don't feel like I'm asking for so much just hoping for a moment of basic politeness. It makes me want to think of any way I can possibly avoid having to experience that again, such as shopping someplace else, or online from a different company.
Selection was nice, nobody bothered me and the wife while we shopped. The store felt a little empty and not that well stocked. But it's a small store, so it's excusable. Michael's is a great crafts store and I would love to visit more.
Love This Place .. Great Sales Specials.. And wonderful- Free Craft classes during Summer break .. my granddaughter was so entertained by these classes & learned so much .. Thank You Michaels !!
Kinda small, had alot of products though. Prices were comparable to other stores. Everything has gone up.
They had a few empty shelves and an abundance of post Christmas on sale items. But they have everything for you crafting needs. Somehow I always forget about this store when I'm looking for stuff. Now to convince my wife to let me get a vinyl cutter.
Great store, but I don't like how they have alot of items with no price on them or the display area. So many things I thought of purchasing but didn't. Also, when I asked an employee where this item was she gave me an area to look for it, but not an Isle number. I looked it up on my phone and found what isle it was on.
Great store but good luck finding someone to help you. You have to go online for the coupon when they have a copy behind the counter.
Pretty good place to shop. They do trap you inside tho cuz you have to go through the checkout line to escape
Michael's is the same as it's always been, and I would usually give it four stars if I had not had the horrible experience of being there while they refuse to turn on their air condition. I asked him if it was down because that's something that cannot be helped but they just told me no they just didn't want to turn it on and I am 42 years old I can stand it I don't like to have to stand it but there's also elderly people including my grandparents and small children and babies who were sweating and I just left without purchasing anything because the employees that I spoke with didn't seem too concerned about the comfort of their customers. If only they realize that the more comfortable a customer is the longer they are likely to stay then more than likely purchase items which I mistakenly assumed was the goal of any business.
