Having worked with the Dakota tiles team on multiple projects in the last decade, this company is 5 star without a doubt! The service is always impeccable and they go above and beyond to supply whatever I need in my sometimes very tricky timeframes. They always take the stress out of this part if the project and make it a very fun part of the process! The pricing is super competitive and eliminates any need to cross the bridge. Its wonderful to have such an amazing well stocked store right on our doorstep.
Poor customer service. After spending more than 10k with Dakota Tiles they charged us a $600 return fee on tiles that did not match the original tiles they supplied and denied they were at fault. Our tiler told us to fight it but we didn't have time with the pressure of building a house. You try to do the right thing and support local but get s**t on. Ended up going to the bigger guys in Chch to supply the remainder of our tiles. Same range, better customer service and cheaper. Wish we went to the bigger company to start with.
Great service. We have a video call so they could see out room and then we visited. Very good selection of tiles.
This is the second time we have used Dakota tiles as a part of renovations. Natalie is amazing to deal with, and nothing is an issue. Great service with excellent advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
