I can't rave about this app enough. I recommend it to everybody I can. It started when Sir John Kirwan visited my work and spoke to the crew about his journey and mental health personal and at the corporate wellness level. The impact was immediate. With the launch of the Memtemia now Groov app, I was in there on day 1. Brilliant resources, great wellness tools and its great to get a notification to remind me to check in its like a nudge from a friend. There aren't many weeks pass that I haven't been in there and doing something. One of the best apps on my phone!
No So so very inaccessible if your brain isn't working And yes I know you're a knight with no horse and the most awesome sweetas amazing New Zealander ever ever.
If you want a change but don't know where to start, this is a good platform to orientate you on your journey. Get stuck in.
This is an amazing app that offers heaps of practical advice and exercises to help promote your mental wellbeing. Highly recommended!
