Fantastic butcher in Blenheim. Super helpful and friendly staff. Was able to sort out everything we needed for Christmas at the last minute, and based on their expert knowledge. The recommendation to use lamb backstrap for lamb wellington was fantastic.nnHighly recommended this butcher!
