Requested a late check in after the ferry crossing, arrived quite late and arrived to a pre heated and set up room and was able to sort payment out the following day. Very helpful understanding staff 10/10
Clean units and friendly hosts. Great value for money. By motel standards, tea and coffee provided are very good. They even provide plunger coffee, although I personally find Tuatara plunger coffee a waste of time, so I left that untouched. NnThe toiletries were fine. It's just off the main road, but we didn't find the noise intrusive; rear units will be quieter. If you need to go to town centre, you will need transport, as it's too far to walk. We'd stay again.
I stay here evertime I travel down to Blenheim for work. Beds are so comfortable, omfy pillows, housekeeping come in daily and fix everything up. Rooms are very clean everything you need is provided for your stay.
The beds were very comfortable & room immaculately clean with nice towels & linen. The road noise was minimal being on the main road to Nelson/ Lake Rotoiti & opposite Springlands supermarket. The owner had kindly pre-warmed the rooms for the late arrival. I would not hesitate to stay at the Asure P'. Thank you
Had a one night stay and enjoyed the service, rooms and the friendly dogs. Asked for a good recommendation for steak and was pointed in the right direction! Highly recommend.
