I have been a customer of McDonald’s for the past 15 years; however, I have never experienced such an unprofessional store in Upper Hutt. I visited through the drive-through and ordered a Choco Dip ice cream. The staff served an extremely small portion, which was very disappointing.nnI returned the ice cream, but instead of making a fresh one, they handed back the same ice cream while claiming it was newly prepared. This was misleading and unacceptable.nnI have been enjoying the Choco Dip ice cream for the past five years, and it is my favorite item on the menu. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a very unprofessional and poorly trained staff.
I love their drive through, they are fast and efficient. Their flat white coffee is always good enjoy, as we have. Cheers
