I ate here in the late evening with a friend and then went for a walk around town.nI then received an $85 parking fine in the mail, and I wasn't even aware there was any time limit on the park.nFor context - standard council parking fines in Upper Hutt are $12.50nI won't be eating here again.
Lately it's been quite fast through the drive through. They seem to have staff that are doing a great job.
Every time I go to the McDonald’s in Upper Hutt not silverstream it seems my order gets mixed up or something is forgotten. Tonight I ordered the Mcspicy nuggets and found there was no sauce just plain nuggets. This is a regular thing though, the sauce for nuggets has been forgotten a total of 8 times now. Even if you know the person taking your order heard you and you see everything on the screen as you order and you see your order is correct when you pay. Last night I order two combos, everything was correct while paying, I checked my order on the screen, and I get given a completely different burger that cost less than the burger I ordered AND already paid for. When I got it three weeks ago, I ordered three chicken wraps AND paid and only got two. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point I’m wasting petrol driving back all the time I’ve just given up and have accepted I’ll get ripped off if I go here.
Fresh chips but no salt, it's a shame that only tomato sauce is free as I prefer mayonnaise. Electric kiosks have taken away any chance of someone being at the counter to serve you though
Tasty fast food but the burgers as usual put together badly then stuck together with cheese it looked like this when picked up not from the trip home
