Absolutely appalling experience. Upon arrival, I discovered that there were no drinks available other than milkshakes and coffee — completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this size and reputation. The dining area was filthy, with tables left uncleared and rubbish strewn across the floor. To make matters worse, my simple meal order took an eternity to arrive, with no apology or explanation provided.nnThis branch is an embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. Poor management, lack of basic service, and a complete disregard for customer experience. I certainly will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location until serious improvements are made.
Absolutely horrendous service!! It’s taken over an hour for my food to even be made!nStaff are very condescending I was told to “chill and learn to wait” when I asked if my food was ready after waiting half an hour. I understand being young means having fun and you can have fun at work! But this is just appalling….
you do realise when people order via uber eats - they are charged more for the item therefore they EXPECT the item in their delivery, uber eats drivers cannot open the bags to double check therefore it is your responsibility to make sure it is all there.nnevery time my partner orders something you always forget something.nndo your job properly so you aren’t wasting peoples money.nnthursday 8/5/25.
The Buddhist temple was amazing would go again loved the kids screaming because they didn't get the toy but the book in the happy meal overall the best temple i have gone too in a few years
the service was horrible. I was waiting for my phone to charge so I could get money on my card and a worker very skinny with tattoos tried kicking me out for apparently “hanging out in McDonald’s”. She was extremely rude and I am not happy.
