Food was dry and felt stale even tho we had to wait good 15mins. It needed more sauce, opened up this badboy Quarter Pounder & its drier than ya nan's knickers
One of the busiest McDonald’s in town, yet the staff remain courteous and consistently do their best to serve customers across all channels, drive-through, dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.nThe restaurant is generally clean and well-maintained, which is noticeable even during peak hours. There is also adequate parking available both on-site and along the roadside.
Today i ordered...some food f9r my son and thestuff behind the counter told me they dont do the chicken wrape and rasberry custard pie early in the moring which I didn't know...she should have know better before taking customers order at the cashier register...however it was okay services today..and didn't get my chips at all I had change 2 of items for something else she gave me was fine with me but I paid full amount of price for the food..so am never going back there ever again..and suff was very busy and I was waiting to be taken order..no imitate action taken be on counter and waited for than 5 to 10 minutes terrible customer service
I have visited this McDonald’s a lot of times for lunch the last month and i wanted to appreciate the quality of food, the taste of coffee and the service by the staff. It has been great. The coffee especially has never disappointed. I also tried the Matcha strawberry and it was so good that when i order from any other Maccas outlet it doesn’t live upto the taste that the Baristas here make it.nI also wanted to mention about the speed of service and shoutout the team/staff working on Friday 27th afternoon. We placed an order through drive-thru at 12.27 and were out by 12.29. That was the quickest service. Kudos to the team work. Keep up the great service :
The food here is like any McDonald's, that me my self I like but sometimes they don't listen to your requests, such as asking for no pickles in your burger but they add it still.nnThe service here is also very similar to most fast food places, the main reason I don't like it is because of how non-social it is.nnAtmosphere isnt the greatest, they are always playing loud music throught the building and I often find a lot of grease everywhere that doesn't get cleaned up.
