The bugers were really nice, tasty and hot. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was a starting to get out of control with mess and seemed to be short staffed to handle this at a busy time. Otherwise it was an enjoyable meal.
This is not a crispy chicken burger with a crispy salad - it’s a dry over cooked chicken party with a soggy bun and one measly strip of lettuce if you can call what I got lettuce. I was very disappointed indeed.
The meal is normally good, but the caramel sundae sauce tasted like medicine. My dad tasted it, and it was fine for him, so maybe it's just me.
Lots of parking, drive thru and big premises. Clean and tidy with friendly staff.
First time to Upper Hutt Burger King. We were heading North and decided to try out the new Buttermilk burger. The store was clean and staff friendly and efficient and the burger was excellent. I don't normally go to BK but would definitely go back for this burger.
If I could give zero stars I would, l asked for a large combo and got a regular, then didn't get my drink and then to top it off ...literally half my burger was missing. And wouldn't pick up the phone when I called to complain
3 stars because the food is great but the staff are always rude and miserable. I won't be going to this BK again.
Shocking... there was rude staff but the food was good, not excellent but just good enuff to fill me up
Friendly staff, prompt service, nice burgers. Far better than the useless BK Lower Hutt who aren't even able to cook burgers properly!
