I ordered online and paid with cash. My order was $27.24 I gave the delivery driver $27.50 and was told it was $7 more. I gave $10 he gave me my $5 back. I was confused and then re checked the total and relized I gave the right amount. I called the store and was told they'd talk to the driver and call me back. I haven't heard anything back so I was ripped off $5.20 ... won't ever be ordering delivery from here again.
Ordered online at 10.15 pm and got there by 10.35. It showed the order was ready to be collected and only after I got there they started preparing my pizzas. Poor service.nWill never go back there.nNB: they didn't have any other order at that time.
Paid for a deep pan gourmet chicken and camembert pizza to receive whats equivalent to a value pan base pizza. Only had cheese, hollandaise and what i guess is supposed to be cubed chicken. No offer to rectify just a “noted” response. Would rather go to Stokes Valley.
Would give 0 stars if possible. This place is just terrible. No customer service. Rude, arrogant and totally dismissive. I don't know how they're still open. Can't even slice a pizza correctly!nThe reviews say it all, as does the manager's generic reply to every single review. The number given to complain directly to the store isn't even anything like a New Zealand phone number, much less is it in service!
