Last night I made a mistake when ordering through the app, short story is that I meant it to not at this store.... When I called them on the phone they were great, they confirmed the details, cancelled the order straight away and processed the refund. No fuss, no issues just fast and very competent service especially at a peak time of the evening.nThank you for your great customer service.nI have also eaten from this branch in the past with zero issues and no complaints, always just friendly great service with no fuss.
Took two hours to get our order, after the first order being delivered to the wrong address. The driver delivered the second order to a random spot on our porch that was out of sight and didn’t knock / make themselves known at all - they weren’t able to tell me when it was delivered and the order was barely warm. Back and forwards incredibly unprofessional phone call with the manager - refusal to offer any support or solution other than ‘contact door dash’ - which I did, and they told me to contact dominos. Manager was dismissive, rude and had zero care for the situation whatsoever.
Made an order to be delivered. It was delivered to the wrong address despite clear markings and directions. Dominoes your delivery drivers need use their eyes and switch on their brains. When people pay good money for a service it is to be delivered correctly and in a timely manner. Not for customers to go and hunt for there order from the neighbour's and find it stone cold. Do your job and do it correctly. This is laziness and utterly unacceptable. I gave you another chance and you failed.
An hour to deliver and wasn't notified when it was delivered as doordash said it was still out for delivery. Called the store they told us it's been delivered and when i went to check it was there ice cold, both the Southern Fried Chicken Bites 20 Pack and my ham and Ham & Cheese pizza. Unfortunately my order was also incomplete... no cheesy crust on my pizza. Called the store again to notify them and then they said they'd remake it. 1 hour and 30 minutes later still waiting for my pizza. $30 and a waste of time.
Great value for money Pizza, especially if you pick them up on a deal
