Would give 0 stars if possible. This place is just terrible. No customer service. Rude, arrogant and totally dismissive. I don't know how they're still open. Can't even slice a pizza correctly!nThe reviews say it all, as does the manager's generic reply to every single review. The number given to complain directly to the store isn't even anything like a New Zealand phone number, much less is it in service!
Last night I made a mistake when ordering through the app, short story is that I meant it to not at this store.... When I called them on the phone they were great, they confirmed the details, cancelled the order straight away and processed the refund. No fuss, no issues just fast and very competent service especially at a peak time of the evening.nThank you for your great customer service.nI have also eaten from this branch in the past with zero issues and no complaints, always just friendly great service with no fuss.
Absolutely disappointed. When you put in an order in with advance notice to be picked up at 4:45pm you expect for it to be ready. Got there about 4:40 and stated 7 minutes on the board which was okay. But then when it refreshed to 20 and others went first I was not happy. Our order was then completed at 5:06 and then they dropped one of our pizzas on the floor which then made the completion time 5:20.
Hey there, I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns I have regarding the manager at Domino's. Recently, I've encountered some issues with the service provided by the manager that have left me quite dissatisfied. The lack of professionalism and attention to customer needs has been disappointing. I believe it's crucial for the management team to address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for all customers. Besides the bad experience, I was shocked it was the manger who was talking to me like that, thank you to the ones who knew what to do and helped me straight away instead of arguing, even another customer in the store who over heard the issue mentioned that she had no sense of customer service, Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
Recently their management and staff has changed to people with bad communication skills. I asked for a spicy lovers pizza but they delivered it with no jalapenos, wouldn't offer a refund and hung up on me after. If they don't have the food in stock they shouldn't be selling it or at least let me know before it's delivered. They also increased their prices across the board
