You walk into store thinking pizza will be ready at time and you have sit down and wait. The pizza and the garlic bread over cook and burnt. The money pizza got way worst than was. I won't back for long time. Petone store is better

Would give 0 stars if possible. This place is just terrible. No customer service. Rude, arrogant and totally dismissive. I don't know how they're still open. Can't even slice a pizza correctly!nThe reviews say it all, as does the manager's generic reply to every single review. The number given to complain directly to the store isn't even anything like a New Zealand phone number, much less is it in service!

Friendly staff and usual good quality of the food, but when walking in to the store to pick up my order I was shocked at how filthy the store was. Dirty floors, disgusting kick boards at the counter. Old tape marks and velcro dots everywhere. Staff with great long beards not wearing beard nets.  I hate to think how filthy it is behind the counter in the food prep area if that's what the front presentation is.  Makes me think twice about ordering again..  Eating left overs today and find a great long black hair looks like facial hair to me in my garlic bread.  Gross!!

Check the order before collecting. The lady give me over-baked burned and the same tume cold! pizza. I returned pizza to store she said i have followed the recipe!!   nothing to do! But I am their customer for a long time never it was like this. One star just for this lady.

Store was filthy dirty. I’m worried I’m going to get sick now - who knows if they wash their hands if they can’t be bothered to clean the kitchen and food prep areas.
