Food was as expected, but most importantly the atmosphere and the design of the place was surprisingly nice and calming.nThe space was clean and also the restrooms.nThanks
I ordered the Creamy Mayo Cheeseburger. It was the best burger I have had in ages! The fries were nice too, but needed a little more salt. Definitely going back!
Empty, usually cold. I've had a time where burger has even been pretty much raw. Always feels empty and staff just don't care
Went at 12pm for lunch with my 2 small children. All chairs were still up on the tables i assume for cleaning, providing no where to sit to eat. The booth we ended up sitting in was FILTHY, sign behind us was coated in filth and dried on gunk, real gross.
Service was extremely slownnFloor was sticky from spilt drinks all around the main counter areannRubbish bins full to over-flowing with rubbishnnA mop and bucket were just left in middle of floor with a 'Caution - wet floor's sign.nnTables not wiped down - still sticky and food & drinks spilt on them.nnMany tables had food bags etc left on themnnStock stacked in the service pick-up counter area with food stains over the outside of the boxes.nnCertainly not inviting to return....nnOh....and my order was completely missed....showed as being prepared...then ready for pick-up....but when I asked for it...it wasn't there...AND .... Then it disappeared off the display completely! The staff member did manage to 'find it's a short time later.
