I ordered the Creamy Mayo Cheeseburger. It was the best burger I have had in ages! The fries were nice too, but needed a little more salt. Definitely going back!
Empty, usually cold. I've had a time where burger has even been pretty much raw. Always feels empty and staff just don't care
Went at 12pm for lunch with my 2 small children. All chairs were still up on the tables i assume for cleaning, providing no where to sit to eat. The booth we ended up sitting in was FILTHY, sign behind us was coated in filth and dried on gunk, real gross.
Went through drive through, gave code, lady asked for which order we want for example A1 or B2 I said no we don’t want to order from APP , we want to order our own combo, so she asked again for code, by now I was getting angry. Then we sat in queue for 20mins,,we were the 3rd car in the line. They were so slow., The car in front of us waited about 15mins just for a ice cream cone.nAnyway we finally got to window and there was no Hi from the lady, and she kept walking back to put orders into a bag, by this stage we still hadn’t paid for our order. Finally after 5mins of sitting at the window , we paid, she gave our drinks and said can you go and wait in the car park and we will bring the rest of the order to us. By now I was fuming, so I got out and went into restaurant to ask for a complaint form, which the guy said we don’t have and that our order will be another 3 mins, as we are busy, lots of orders on screen but no customers at the counter. Just useless. After all that I did not receive my loyalty points, and this is not the firstborns I haven’t received my points..ncome on Burger King, get your shot together.nnUnhappy customer.,
is my favourite spot,meals are always nice and tasty plus are wrapped with love,compared to maccas.staff always have a smile,and my orders are never wrong
