When I got my food, I opened the bag and inside was some sort of mystery crisps! I never ordered chips inside my burger and I was disgusted by the sight. I ended up wasting around 16 dollars on my meal that I didn't even end up eating. Outrageous.
We had a really disappointing experience here today. I was with my family, including my wife and our two young kids 6 years old and 1 year old. We were taking turns entertaining our 1-year-old, who was quite grumpy at the time, while waiting for our food.nnAfter ordering, we sat quite far from the counter and kept checking the screen, which continued to show our order as “in progress.” When I went to the counter to ask, the staff member named Robin was very rude and said, “I already called this number many times, bro!”nnI apologised and explained that I had checked the screen several times, but it still said in progress. He kept repeating himself in a rude tone and didn’t listen. I felt embarrassed and humiliated, especially in front of my family. A little kindness and respect would have gone a long way. Customer service really needs improvement.
Food was as expected, but most importantly the atmosphere and the design of the place was surprisingly nice and calming.nThe space was clean and also the restrooms.nThanks
Great lift tonight...sometimes a little hit and miss. Fantastic burger though.
I went through the drive tru, as I was putting my order in. He was rude & keep saying anything else, not letting me say what type of drink I wanted. Once I told him sprite zero sugar, he gave me L&P mixed with sprite zero sugar. Poor customer service to come from a manager or supervisor as his shirt was a different colour to everyone else & his name was Kim.nnI use drive thru very often & everyone else that I have interacted with were very lovely & professional, didn't get my order wrong.
